Painted Grape Fundraiser – Orders Due by 11/20 @ 9am

 

Need a fun thanksgiving craft?
Grab a canvas from Painted Grape and support River Park PTGO.
These kits include all materials and instructions to make a cute owl or adorable snowman canvas.
All kits will be delivered to the school for your child to bring home before Thanksgiving break!

Bed Time Stories Event – Nov 14 6-7pm

 

In conjunction with our Read-a-Thon, River Park is hosting our second annual Bedtime Stories event on November 14th from 6:00 to 7:00. Come in your PJs with your whole family to hear from Stories from the Wild and enjoy some cookies and milk. Stay tuned for more details and for a chance to sign up to be a special guest reader!

2024 Read-a-thon was a Success! 

A BIG Thank You to our River Park Community for your incredible support of the 2024 Read-a-thon. 
We raised $38,701 and our students logged over 137,000 minutes.

Teacher Appreciation – Fiesta Snack Bar​

Help us show our teachers some appreciation during their monthly staff meeting next week with a fiesta snack bar! Store bought items are preferred and can be sent in with your child during morning car line on Tuesday, Oct 1st. If your child rides the bus just make a note of that in the comments when you sign up, and we will make sure we have someone to get it from them as well. Thanks for your help in loving on our amazing RPES teachers!!
 

Ice Cream Social + First PTGO Meeting​

Join us Thursday – September 12 for TWO important events!!
 
First, all River Park families are invited to a fun ice cream social from 6-6:45 at the playground to enjoy a cold treat and meet new friends! (Spirit Wear will be available for purchase!)
 
Then, meet up with us in the Library for our FIRST PTGO meeting of the year. Learn about what we do and how you can be involved. This meeting will be capped at 45 minutes and child care will be provided in the gym for all RPES students (younger siblings are welcome to stay with parents at the meeting!)
We’re looking forward to seeing you next Thursday!

Kindergarten Popsicle Play Date – Aug 15

Kindergarten families – please join us on August 15th for a Popsicle Playdate! This is a great opportunity to meet other River Park Kindergarten families. The event is from 5:30-7pm at the River Park Playground.
